Anxiety coach and founder of Curated Goals, Palak Vani shares how to stand up to your “anxiety bully.” Palak believes that deep down in its core, anxiety is fear and that most people experience anxiety in some way, shape, or form. When you value something, you may have anxiety because of worry that you may lose it or that there will be some negative consequence to the thing you're worried about. Palak offers a practical mental exercise to help manage anxiety, such as fear of losing your job. She also talks stigma and misconceptions around anxiety as well as how to support a loved one through feelings of worry and fear.
